This notice sets out the identifying details of the operator of this website, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).
Piply is a trading name operated by AVA CONSULTING TRADING L.L.C-FZ. This site is directed at users resident in Spain, and its operator is therefore subject to the LSSI under Article 4 of that Law.

The LSSI requires a tax identification number. As a non-resident company with no permanent establishment in Spain, the trade licence number and formation number issued by Meydan Free Zone are provided as the equivalent means of registry identification.

Licensed activities
AVA CONSULTING TRADING L.L.C-FZ is licensed by Meydan Free Zone for the following activities:
- 4610.11 — Commercial brokerage services
- 7020.00 — Management consultancy activities
- 7020.17 — Hospitality management consultancy
- 7020.18 — Health management consulting services
- 7020.75 — Pest management consultancy
This licence is not an authorisation to provide investment services. Piply is not authorised by or registered with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) or any other financial markets supervisory authority.

Nature of the service
Piply is a tool for tracking and analysing a user's own trading activity, and acts as an introducing partner of its partner brokers (Vantage Markets, VT Markets, StarTrader, PU Prime, Axi or RaiseFX, depending on where the user opens their account). It is remunerated through the commission the broker pays its partners on introduced volume.
Piply does not, under any circumstances, provide:
- Investment services or ancillary services within the meaning of Articles 140 and 141 of Spanish Law 6/2023 on securities markets and investment services.
- Investment advice, personal recommendations or portfolio management.
- Order execution, reception or transmission services.
- Custody services. Piply never receives, holds or administers users' funds or financial instruments.
The user's capital remains at all times in their own account with the broker, in their own name. The contractual relationship covering financial trading is exclusively between the user and the broker.

Risk warning
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
Any cashback, referral or income figures shown on this site are estimates based on volume assumptions and are in no way a guarantee of income. The actual amount depends on the volume genuinely traded, which may be zero.
The percentage of retail investor accounts that lose money must be supplied by the product provider and refreshed quarterly. It must be inserted here before publication.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, trade marks, logos, source code and design — belongs to AVA CONSULTING TRADING L.L.C-FZ or to third parties who have licensed its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or adaptation without the express written authorisation of the rights holder is prohibited. Third-party names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners.

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or that its content is free of errors, though it will take reasonable steps to prevent and correct them.
This site contains links to third-party sites, including the broker's. The operator does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Access to them is at the user's sole risk.

Governing law
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to the paragraph below.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, under Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
